6. Warning: Acronyms Galore, HTTPS, HIPPA, PCI, NSA and more security standards deployed
7. Certified USA Data Center and yet more Acronyms – SSAE16 SOC1 & SOC2, Type II
8. Only if we are forced to release your information by service of a proper search warrant, subpoena, court order, etc. will we do so and we will fight and kick all the way through the process !

Which means that if anyone wants access to our server information a pass from God would be helpful !
